Juice Podcast Receiver
This can be installed right to a USB flash drive, and then used from any computer. Load up the Podcast feeds, (you can still use iTunes because it is easy to hunt down new podcasts) load them in, and it'll auto update whenever you run the program. It'll download the files directly to your USB drive and you are good to go.
If you wanted to, you could even make a simple auto-run that would allow the program to run automatically when you pop in the USB drive, so you can be updated in minutes in the morning.
